As the economy slowly starts to recover, so do car sales. A "big ticket" items is not easy to sell in a tough economy but as things start to turnaround they become more popular again.

Items that are great give aways for car dealers are key tags, calendars, pens and jackets. A lot of dealers use floor mats with their imprint as well as decals that identify where a car was purchased and license frames or plates.

Many dealers hold an annual sales drive where they may give away a jacket or hat when a new vehicle is purchased. It is not always the sales manager who buys but also the salesmen who need specialty items to give away.
